Dr. Howard Konowitz
Medical Director

Dr. Howard Konowitz, Medical Director of the Comprehensive Pain Management Group is a graduate of the Chicago Medical School and Triple Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine and Pain Medicine. He received his postgraduate training at Evanston Hospital and Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. Dr. Konowitz’s background in internal medicine, along with more than 20 years of pain management, provide the in-depth expertise necessary to effectively diagnose and treat the most complex pain conditions. Dr. Konowitz is a recognized authority, and has lectured extensively on pain management.

Andrea Iantorno
Nurse Practitioner

Andrea Iantorno, Nurse Practitioner, is a graduate of DePaul University’s Masters in Nursing Program and is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Her practice includes diagnosis, management and prescribing treatments for chronic and acute pain patients. She has specialized in pain management nursing since 1995.

Ruth Neuhaus
Registered Nurse

Ruth Neuhaus, Registered Nurse, received her Bachelor of Nursing at Loyola University. She has been practicing pain management nursing since 1996.

Margaret Flood
Registered Nurse

Margaret Flood, Registered Nurse, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Park University in 1990. She has been practicing pain management nursing since 1996.

Pamela Bury
Billing

Pamela A. Bury is a healthcare administrator with more than four decades of experience exclusively in metropolitan Chicago area. Throughout her career Pamela has successfully managed physician’s offices and operated her own medical billing service.

Tamara Herman
IME Coordinator
Over the past 17 years, Tamara Herman has worn many hats at Comprehensive Pain Management Group. From Administrative Secretary to Worker’s Compensation Coordinator, she has been and will continue to be a valuable asset to the office.
